Danny Triplett, CAGA
Founder & CEO
Danny Triplett, CEO of Valuables Appraisal Service, is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser serving the Greater Tampa Bay Area since 2008. Triplett received his training and certification from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America, located in St. Louis, Missouri.
He entered the personal property liquidation industry in 2008 and founded his first Florida-based company, Full House Liquidation, two years later in 2010. For over a decade, the award-winning company conducted high-end estate sales covering four counties. Ranked as one of the Top 10 Estate Sale Companies in the U.S., Full House Liquidation specialized in the research, evaluation and sale of millions of dollars worth of personal property over the last fifteen years. After more than a decade of pioneering in the local estate sale industry, Triplett founded Valuables Appraisal Service where he is CEO and lead appraiser.

Melanie Sohn, CAGA
Vice President
Melanie Sohn is Co-Owner and Vice President of Valuables Appraisal Service and a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. She received her appraisal training and certification from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.
As Vice President of Valuables Appraisal Service, Melanie leads business operations and communications while supporting the firm’s personal property research and appraisal work.
Before joining the family business, Melanie was Senior Manager of Corporate Engagement at JUST Capital, where she developed relationships with and resources for America’s largest publicly traded companies. She also owns and serves as Director of the American Society of Estate Liquidators, a professional organization providing education, resources, and membership for the estate liquidation industry.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University and resides in New Jersey.

In 2017, when preparing an estate sale for a Florida client, Danny Triplett discovered precious Carter family keepsakes: lost family photo albums spanning Jimmy Carter's years as Governor of Georgia through his inauguration as 39th President of the United States in 1977. Former President Carter invited Danny Triplett to personally return the family keepsakes. Triplett and his family had the honor of hand delivering the photo albums and sitting down with former President Carter and First Lady Rosalynn at their house in Plains, Georgia.
